How long will it take to get my board game?
This depends on where you are located in Kenya however, orders placed within Nairobi are delivered within 24-hour’s, 1-2 hours from when the order is confirmed. For orders placed outside of Nairobi, allow 72 hours at most for delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
Game Nights 254 currently accepts M-pesa payments to our Buy Goods till number 5846743 or cash on delivery. We also accept card payments, only applicable via the website. For orders placed outside of Nairobi, we require payment before dispatch of your board game(s).
How can I cancel or change my order or delivery location?

Can I order for a board game that is not available on the site to be shipped into Kenya?
Yes, this is possible depending on the game in question. Kindly visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form to make a request. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to get the board game however, we will notify you in case it is possible.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently deliver only within Kenya.
What if an item in the board game purchased is missing?
As much as we guarantee 100% quality, items missing in games we purchase internationally is beyond our control. In this case, kindly reach out within three days of purchasing the board game and we will replace the item where possible. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact our supplier immediately.
Is it possible to return a game once received?
