Yes! You can pick up orders (once confirmed in advance), from our Digital Shopping Mall shop on Moi Avenue (opposite Sasa Mall). The store is open from Mon–Fri: 9 AM–6:30 PM and Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM.

As much as we guarantee 100% quality, items missing in games we purchase internationally is beyond our control. In this case, kindly reach out within three days of purchasing the board game and we will replace the item where possible. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact our supplier immediately. 

Yes, this is possible depending on the game in question. Kindly visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form to make a request. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to get the board game however, we will notify you in case it is possible.
